Shahrulnizam Ahmad is currently serving as the Head of Urbancubes Sdn Bhd, a position he has held since his appointment on July 7, 2022. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Glamorgan in the United Kingdom, Encik Shahrulnizam furthered his studies by pursuing a Master of Science in Facilities Management from the University of Technology Mara.

Throughout his professional career, Shahrulnizam has gained extensive experience in various sectors, including operations and maintenance, facilities management, engineering project management, and safety management. He has worked in diverse environments such as airports, healthcare facilities, and the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Urbancubes, Shahrulnizam held a position with Qatar Petroleum, where he further honed his skills and expertise.

With his background and expertise in multiple fields, Shahrulnizam brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad understanding of different industries to his role as the Head of Urbancubes Sdn Bhd

Adib Nazmi Azhar
Manager, Finance & Corporate Services

Adib Nazmi Azhar, with more than 7 years of experience in audit and assurance, taxation, and management, is currently the Manager of Finance & Corporate Services at Urbancubes Sdn Bhd. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Before joining Urbancubes in 2022, he worked as an auditor at Deloitte Malaysia, where he gained valuable expertise in auditing and assurance for clients in the property and other industries.

Rohaidi Tugiro

Rohaidi Tugiro brings over 20 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM), strategic operations, and business development. As a Level 5 FMM professional certified by CIDB, he demonstrates advanced expertise in facility management, infrastructure planning, and sustainable urban solutions.

With deep knowledge in asset optimization, operational efficiency, and large-scale facility insight, Rohaidi is a key driver of sustainability and service excellence at Urbancubes. His strength lies in integrating FM best practices with forward-thinking business strategies, enabling cost-effective, high-performance operations that support long-term organizational growth.

Rohaidi’s capabilities extend beyond FM to include corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, making him instrumental in shaping Urbancubes’ vision for smart infrastructure, urban development, and sustainable innovation.

His leadership in facilities management and strategic operations significantly enhances Urbancubes' ability to deliver world-class urban solutions that align with global standards and emerging technologies.

Shamsul Zahrin Sulaiman

Shamsul Zahrin brings over 28 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration across various industries including property, retail, IT, and infrastructure. He currently oversees HR Shared Services at Urbancubes and leads the HR, Admin, IT & Legal functions at Central Spectrum.

Holding a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Tri-State University (USA) and a Diploma in Banking from UiTM, his expertise covers talent management, succession planning, rewards, performance systems, industrial relations, and organizational development.

Previously, he held senior roles at MRCB, IBIL, Prolintas, and KUB. He also served as Treasurer of the Malaysian Association of Learning and Development (MyLeaD), where he helped host the IFTDO 2015 global conference in Kuala Lumpur.

Mohd Azmi Wahab

Mohd Azmi Bin Wahab holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticultural Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a member of Malaysian Society of Arborist (PArM). He is currently serving as Manager in Landscaping & Public Cleansing at Urbancubes Sdn Bhd, where he has been working since 2022.

With his extensive experience in landscaping, Mohd Azmi brings valuable expertise and knowledge to his role, contributing to the development and maintenance of aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscapes.

Anis Irfan Bin Ab Wahab

Anis Irfan B. Wahab has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

He has experience in various sectors including operations, maintenance, facilities management, and energy management. Anis Irfan is a Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) accredited by the Energy Commission demonstrating expertise in managing electrical energy systems and member of Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Ruzilah C.Yusoff Shafiin

Ruzilah, with over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Stakeholder Engagement, and Strategic Planning, across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her corporate background includes prominent roles at The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad and Telekom Malaysia Berhad. In addition, she has spent 10 years working with various NGOs throughout Malaysia, making significant contributions to the nonprofit sector.

Graduate in Sales and Marketing from the University of Malaya and in Internet Business and Social Strategies from Open University Malaysia. Ruzilah excels in leading cross-functional teams, organizing large-scale outdoor and CSR events, and establishing meaningful partnerships across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Nor Akmar Abdul Kader

Nor Akmar Abdul Kader is an Assistant Manager in Procurement & Contract with 10 years of experience. She holds a Diploma in Geomatics Science and Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam.

She gained valuable experience working as Quantity Surveyor at Muhibbah Engineering Berhad and Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd. With her extensive background in procurement and contract management, Nor Akmar brings  valuable expertise to her role.

Seri Suharni Samingon

Seri Suharni Binti Jamingon has been serving as an Assistant Manager in the Landscape & Public Cleansing department at Urbancubes Sdn Bhd for one year. She holds a Diploma in Microbiology and a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Technology, both earned from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam.

With her educational background, Seri Suharni has developed a strong understanding of microbiology and environmental technology, which she applies in her current role. Prior to joining Urbancubes, she gained valuable experience working as an HSSE Executive at Matsuda Sanygo and DRB Hicom Defence Technology.
